Cancellation Policy:

Our cancellation policy is firm. We offer a full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Pet Policy:

We welcome up to 2 dogs for a fee of $100 per stay.

Cleaning Fee:

We charge a $200 cleaning fee per stay.

House Rules:

No smoking and no glass are allowed in the pool area. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. We require a minimum stay of 4 nights and a maximum stay of 30 nights. Smartlock check-in is available for your convenience.

We take pride in providing our guests with the best possible experience. All of our rental properties are equipped with all the amenities you need to feel right at home. Our properties also feature outdoor camera systems and doorbell recording devices for security purposes only, which do not look or listen into interior spaces.
